Ordering
We have a 12-piece minimum for all decoration methods. This keeps pricing competitive and production efficient for you.
Standard turnaround is 3 weeks from final art approval and confirmed order. Rush timelines may be available — just ask!

Absolutely! We’ll send you online catalog access so you can explore garments, styles, and brands before we put together your quote.
Design & Artwork
Yes! We handle art from scratch or refine what you already have. You’ll always approve a digital mock-up before production begins.
For best results send vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). We can also work with high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd at 300 dpi or higher).
Minor adjustments to existing artwork are included. Custom design from scratch may incur a small fee depending on complexity. We’ll let you know upfront.
Online Stores
Yes — we design, run, and manage the full online store for your team, school, or company. Participants order directly and we sort every order individually for easy distribution.
Store windows are typically 2–3 weeks. We can customize the window to fit your timeline.
No setup fee! The cost is built into competitive per-item pricing. Contact us to discuss your group’s needs.
